How I did it: Delayed reading since it was last book and also been busy. Started slow - 1 chapter a day or there abouts. Then towards the middle like 2-3 chapters per day. Final third read it in one day - couldn't put the book down - totally gripping. Will need to find something else now... Read how I did it…
Actually went for a proper run outside, covered a distance of 2 miles alternating between walking and running, but i’d say more running and woke up early for it too – 6.30ish :). Did a good 10-15 min warm-up before hand as well.
I love getting up early. It was really nice. Can’t wait to do get up early and do it again…
A long stretch/warm-up of about 10 mins, then alternated between walking and jogging for about 4 mins each, jogging three times in total and finishing with a walk
