I decided to go ahead and try Billy Blanks Ultimate Bootcamp again and could only manage 20 minutes, but it’s pretty intense so I’m counting it for Monday! The next day I did intervals on the elliptical machine for half an hour and did 1.1 miles. I know that’s not a lot, but I’m still pleased. The next day I tried doing Billy Blanks again, but it was painful so I took a rest and then got on the elliptical and did 1.6 miles in the interval setting.
I’m not going to count this as ‘done’ until I’ve kept at it for at least a month!

I managed for days this week! The first day I used the elliptical machine, but only for 20 minutes because I’m so out of shape since I stopped. The next day I worked out to Billy Blanks Basic Bootcamp and that kicked my butt and left me sooo sore. The next day I gave it a go on the elliptical for a little longer. Friday was a day of rest. . Yesterday I did the elliptical again. I just hope I continue having the motivation to keep doing this every week!
