I’m 23 and don’t have a driver’s license – it was easy to get around when I lived in Boston, but has become increasingly more difficult in Los Angeles. Even though I don’t plan to stick around here or own a car in the near future, I guess it’s a good idea to get it out of the way.

I’m trying to save $6,000 before November 15th, so I can move across the country (again). I’m at $3,600 now, but have kind of lapsed this month. I can still make it, but I need to be better about saying no to myself if I want to get out of Los Angeles.
