I am not to happy about this......... 2 years ago

I have been power walking/ busting it trying to be more healthy and lose weight. I have gained 2 lbs since then 3 weeks ago. Very unhappy about it! I thought I was doing some thing right but -doing something very wrong I guess. I tried eating way better and had cut down the junk to a min. Hummmmmmmm…........What to do…....

Just When You Think It's Over......... 2 years ago

I finish -I think and turn around just to see another pile….With 3 boys and husband what do I expect. One day I would really like to be done. I take a break here and there when I dont feel like it but lets not over do it. I am actually happy to do it but once and a while it would be nice to have a no pile area. One day I will be a mom home with only a husband so I dont complain much about it. I just thought I would share….

This is amazing......But I started. 2 years ago

Since my last melt down I decided to quit complaining about this issue. I started walking on my treadmill. I told my husband if I had it I would use it and I was serious! This has been sitting there for about 3 years now unused. I am guilty of not living up to my words but I am ready to take them back! I lost 20 lbs 3 years ago and gave up. Today I am on a new mission to not look at my weight so fast but to just get in the grove of walking, jogging and speed walking. I am 232 @ 5’1 and definantly ready to notice some changes! I have walked last 2 weeks now and feel better already. I did eat a bit out of what I wanted this weekend but I am learning….Tonight wll be the test to see if I go back to my walking after a weekend break I really shouldnt have taken. Amazingly waiting …....
