I started this quest about 2 years ago. I can’t say I started right away but I could tell you that-it was a mental thing for me- So when I said to myself enough was enough I started to see results. I tryed to watch what I ate first but that really didn’t work for me. When I would walk first I less likely to eat stuff that wasn’t good for me. I would tell myself if I ate it that would mean I walked for nothing! So, I would look at it and say no thank you. I could tell you I walked for a long while till I gradually got to running. I am 50 lbs lighter and can really feel the differance! Sometimes I walk on the treadmill and add weights to my legs. I can’t believe I used to lug that around with me. Anyhow, I thought I would give hope to anyone out there who is trying. I saw a blog along time ago when I started thinking about doing this. She said if you have a bad day forgive yourself and move on. I have kept this with me all this time. Continue to press on…. Count on you!

I have been power walking/ busting it trying to be more healthy and lose weight. I have gained 2 lbs since then 3 weeks ago. Very unhappy about it! I thought I was doing some thing right but -doing something very wrong I guess. I tried eating way better and had cut down the junk to a min. Hummmmmmmm…........What to do…....
I finish -I think and turn around just to see another pile….With 3 boys and husband what do I expect. One day I would really like to be done. I take a break here and there when I dont feel like it but lets not over do it. I am actually happy to do it but once and a while it would be nice to have a no pile area. One day I will be a mom home with only a husband so I dont complain much about it. I just thought I would share….
