How I did it
How I did it: 1. Committ completely to changing the way you eat (forever) -- eat a balanced diet consisting of whole grain carbohydrates, vegetables, fruit, nuts, beans, lean protein (even vegan protein, at times), etc - find healthier alternatives for sweet foods if you have a sweet tooth i.e. sweets without refined sugar, tofu cheesecake instead of the standard cheesecake- learn how to eat proper portions, and use the "serving size" portion of t… Read how I did it…
