I have lost a total of 20 pounds and I haven’t been able to lose anymore. I have been the same weight for about 4 months now. I was told that I need to increase my workout to lose the last 10 pounds. I really don’t feel like jogging, so I am walker longer distances. I still love my cookies and desserts, but I will have to cut back even more now.

Hi All,
I have lost a total of 12 pounds and it feels great. It is nice to have my jeans sagging!! I still have 18 pounds left, but since I lost 12 I can lose the other 18. I walk everyday, and I eat smaller meals. I will keep you all updated on my progress, and I cheering for the rest of you. I love chocolate, and love food, so if I can lose 12 pounds, so can you!

That is how much time I have left before I will have to retake the principles course. I need to take this exam soon, but I am so NOT prepared. I was thinking about taking one of the live crash courses, but I just can’t afford it…
