So the test is coming up really soon and i know it’s not the end of the world if i fail but i really don’t want these last 4 months of studying to have been for nothing. and i don’t want to have to tell people that i failed it. i used to get almost all a’s in undergrad and now i feel not as good at test taking as i used to be. it stinks to feel like you’re getting dumber. anyways, i really really really hope i pass…. !!!

i lost 19 lbs between october 2006 and now. i’m JUST getting to my goal weight now and it hasn’t been as painful as the last time i lost 8 lbs in 2 mos. by starving myself and gained it right back.
check out the website i swear by it. it’s all free and really helpful if you give it a chance. basically i just counted calories but the site lets you track many nutrients and has a lot of motivational stuff too. it tells you what your cal range should be (mine was 1200-1550) and has an easy to use food tracker. PLEASE check it out. i’m so glad i found it and wanted to share with others.
this was my 2006 resolution and i’m trying to keep going in 2007. i use my outlook calendar at work but i don’t think i have them alllll in there yet. i also got married last year and don’t send cards to my in laws but i try to remind my husband to.
