I’ve been learning Tai Chi for six months now. Great activity! Excelent way to reconect with oneself, to relax, to focus.

Estoy aprendiendo a usar 43 things.
Interesting commentary on “live simply”. The topic is somehow confusing, live simply is live simply. Yes, but what is simple? Most of the comments are oriented to material things:
1. Have less
2. Expend less
and a little contradictory:
3. Expend in less things of value and not in many chipper things.
But live simple is not only about material things, but has to do with more spiritual things, with relationships with friends and family. And implies some personal choices, like renounce to do a lot of the things that one what to do, and we can’t do so many things at a time, and we only end frustrated. Lots of blogs to read, a mountain of books on the shelf, hundreds of hours of music that we’re no going to enjoy… too many things, too little time.
I’m learning to use 43 things. The comments in the site are valuable.
I started placing a wallpaper with my 43 things on it. I also download it to my PDA in a “to do list”.
I’ll meditate on this things over the weekend.
