At first the goal was quite difficult, but I’ve finally got the hang of it. Had Burger King last week, it was alright. I’ve gotten into a pretty good habbit of things that help. Eating breakfast at home when possible, having different food options readily available at work, cooking often with my boyfriend, and finding things to eat at home. Getting better at grocery shopping and buying healthier options! Doing my best not to gravitate back towards the quick & easy fix, fast food=bad.

Sad day, I didn’t get to donate on Oct 31 cause my hemoglobin was 12.4 and it has to be at least 12.5. There’s always next time. Kindof discouraging, but I’ll try again at the end of November, I suppose.
Short run 1.5 miles. Hadn’t ran in this Cold of weather yet/adjusted to it, knocked me out! Yet felt great. Much needed.
