awesome! 2 years ago

so… i now weigh less than 180! this time last year i was 235! i havent been under 180 in 2 years. i feel so much better… and the best part… it doesnt feel like i’m dieting or working to be active! it’s like a lifestyle change and it all comes naturally now. i love it! i guess i’d have to say i completed this goal… next… 20 more pounds! i wanna weigh 160!

i’ve been doing really well with this! i’ve been sitting around ALOT less. i go rollerblading ALL THE TIME! and i’ve been swimming alot, i dont swim laps or anything but atleast it’s being active.

i’m still fat but i actually have gone out in my swim suit this year and not been totally uncomfortable!!
