get over my fear of heights
Nasty nasty nasty 2 years ago

I hate being afraid of heights, and mine isn’t even nice and rational, I suddenly developed it about three years ago, and its only on things like coming down climbing walls, and jumping off trapezee jump posts, and doing highwires, or rollercoasters like the droppy ones.
It’s stupid and I hate it and have no idea how to beat it… it just gets worse, the first summer I realised I was afraid I still managed to talk myself with the help of the instructer to jump off the trapezee jump post and had very little trouble with absailing or zipwires… its been getting steadily worse and spreading to more things, including cable cars I used to have no trouble with when we returned to NZ. This summer I realised how bad it was getting when it resulted in a panic attack ontop of a trapezee jump post, and the instructor coming up to get me embaressed
Thinking about them makes me feel so sick and nervous but I always manage to talk myself into trying these things which I know scare me senseless….
IT’s uber stupid… at an event before this last summer, I was doing this high ropes balancing thing with three other girls… I was terrified… but when one of the other girls got up, and was actually terrified also, I manged to not feel so terrified scared and help her not be scared. And even when she went down again the fear wasn’t as bad… :S
I hate fear!!!

grow my hair long
Just past the shoulders 2 years ago

It’s getting there, just past the shoulders and doing much better now I’ve stopped swimming three times a week without doing anything to protect or care for it.
My problem is its approaching the length which is reached before and never seemed to get past…. my mother can’t grow her hair, thought my dad can…. so I don’t know how long is even possible…. not long I fear, though I have dads type of hair… its mums colour :S
