How I did it: Persisted year after year! I initially didn't get the grades to get into law, so I did one year of arts, achieved a distinction average, got into the best law school and slowly plugged away at my degree. I thought about quitting many times during my degree and failed one unit. I went through personal problems and worked full time during some periods! It was difficult but persistence is the key. I have 1 semester of my law degree!!!! YAY! I’ve been at uni for 6 years and finally there is light at the end of the tunnel.
I’m not really sure if I want to practice law even though I have accepted articles for next year but I’m just glad that I am finishing something that I started.
