Well I can do about 3-4 without being buggered at the moment. The aim is to do 10 comfortably.

How I did it: First of all get a chinup bar. I started small with 1 set per day. Sets started at 6 then 8 then finally 10. Built up to 2 sets of 10 a day within a week. After two weeks I am at 3 sets of ten a day. Don't think I will push much further for a while as this is quite tiring. My desk at work is shameful. I am in charge so I need to do as I say and lead by example.
I forget things all the time. And not just little things. BIG things. It’s because I have too much on my mind and sleep far too little (3 hours average a night). If it weren’t for weekend sleep-ins I would be in big trouble. I have to fix this!
