Not too hard really. Just concentrate with two tennis balls at first, then use two with one hand, then add a third, then a fourth, and presto! You can juggle.

seems like I listen to the same four or five playlists on my ipod all the time. I would love to find some new music to get into.
I seem to care way too much about what others think of me, and in all probability, I am just being paranoid. I would like to just relax a little more and not really care about alot of the things that seem to invade my thoughts. I sometimes am on the edge of obsession over what total strangers are thinking of me, when they really don’t care. Why do I then? Need to work on this one.
