Well, I have 2 part time toyboys, but I dont get to see much of either of them. I’d rather be like the woman who wrote the book “The Toyboy Diaries”. She gets to score left right and center!!

I used to be a natural size 8 to 10. But extremely unhappy and screwed up cos of my undiagnosed bipolar syndrome. Fast forward to me on meds…calmer, happier, more logical, but,,,,,,,,gone up to a size 16. Metabolism completely altered. Don’t even eat as much as before, yet put on weight just from sniffing food!!
Is there some sort of magical formula that would help me at least lose 1 or 2 dress sizes while still on meds????
As I journey on in my life, I become more and more in touch with what I really need, what I can actually handle, my limitations, my true likes and dislikes…...........
Being bipolar, being on medication with it’s associated side effects, getting older bit by bit, all helps me to realize and understand my limitations. There are things that now overwhelm me more than they did once upon a time. There are also things that I seem to be able to handle better than I did once upon a time. It’s all about achieving the perfect balance.
The question is, who do I see for the career guidance that I as an individual need?
