my lifestyle is pretty sedentary. my parents aren’t very athletic so being active was never important. my bf and i are trying to reverse that. this summer, we got into biking, scuba diving, and ultimate frisbee. none of it is formally structured, we just try to get out whenever we can.
my goal for the fall is to go to the gym at least twice a week. ultimately, i want to be able to ski as much as i want this winter and not be so easily tired.
