How I did it: just got off my booty . biked over to the library (see my goal to become a bike commuter) and returned my book. I did have to pay a fine though. What more can I say Read how I did it…
How I did it: 1st- I dished out the money for a more comfortable seat. Then I just kept getting up and doing a little bit every week. I purchased additional supplies as I got more money and more confident that I would stick with it. Now I am ready to go anywhere Read how I did it…
So I was invited to a 6am spin class. like at one o those expensive gymns. It wasn’t too bad, kinda fun actually. I enjoyed riding without worrying about freezing my nuts off. It reiterated my need to improve my cardio health. I’m going to take those hills with a little more enthusiasm from now on. I should get upbeat gymn music and a motivational trainer to follow me everywhere I bike.
I’m taking today, the coldest day so far, off from riding. but tomorrow, I’ll be back out there braving the elements.
Well, It’s not as cold as it is in other places. But still. I was out there, with my itchy face mask and extra layers struggling up that hill. The mostly downhill ride home was extra sweet.
now can I get up and do it again tomorrow?
