How I did it: Both your approach and what constitutes success depend largely on what part of your playing you want to improve, as well as how much improvement you want to make. How I did it: The first step was accepting that my desire to get naked is a healthy and natural thing, and not just some perverted impulse. Learning about the nudist philosophy opened my eyes to the physical and psychological benefits of living a clothes-free lifestyle.
