started to do it everyday

I started to record this on my dairy.I specially find some time before sleeping to do it, sitting cross-legged on the bed, calm down the mind, pay attention to the breath.After several days’practice, i really find something changes, such as not so easy to get angry, or argue with others.And I read some comments written by others expressed some benefits by doing it: sleeping quality is better, hair is not easy to get dirty,lines on faces are disappearing,eyesights are becoming better and so on. no matter whether i believe it or not, i want to find the answers by myself.

I think vegetarian helps me this

It is very natural, I don’t want to eat too much in the evenings. I think vegetarian helps me of balance in body, and that won’t make me feel hungry. Chinese saying: when qi is full, you will not think of food. I don’t how to explain what is qi,it is an abstract thing.

I am a vegetarian now

Time goes quickly, i become a vegetarian almost one year, and I still remember that more than one year ago, i would miss meat when there was none just one day, but now,if let me taste meat, it is really like chewing plastics, and my body couldn’t stand it anymore. Eating habbit is so easy to change, and has no influence to health. vegetables are so nice.
