As hard as it may seem, eating healthy is one of the best things I’ve done in a while. I’m trying to put on weight and muscle, eating 3500+ calories a day. Sure, I’ve tried cheating by pigging out on McDonalds and candy, but the next morning I felt so greasy and disgusting. Eating healthy is most definately the way to go.

Being an ectomorph is not fun. As much as I love being skinny, some times I’d rather be fat. I am currently trying to gain weight, by eating 3000+ calories a day and going to the gym. So far I have gained a few pounds, but I’d like to gain at least 30 pounds. It will make me feel better about myself and possibly score me more chicks ;)
(I weigh 130lbs, with probably 0% body fat)
Some of you may ask, “whats so good about drinking 8 glasses of water a day?” Well as far as I know, it does a lot of things for you. During sleep, your body processes all the stuff inside you. It breaks down food and requires fuel to do so. Drinking 8 glasses of water is the fuel. I read your body needs 12 glasses somewhere, but 8 should be fine. You will get a better quality sleep and it is a lot better than drinking soda. Also, your body will thank you, as you will notice clearer skin and more energy
