Up and down for months… Trying to reclaim some balance and drive. I have some new running shoes coming my way, and the financial stressors are starting to work themselves out. Ready to refocus on myself.

With some extra time over the summer, I’ve joined a gym and enlisted a personal trainer. My trainer has me on a low carb diet, which definitely isn’t a lifestyle diet. Trying to stick with it for the next two months to get down to my goal weight, but will need a different plan to keep the weight off.
... got back on thedailyplate.com (food tracking) and got back to a minimum of 30 minutes a day exercise (in addition to my hectic day). dropped five pounds this week :)
