How I did it: It's about small steps mostly. You just take more risks. Start with little things that make you uncomfortable with opening up, and just make little risks frequently til you build up. I went to counceling and talked through some of my problems, so that might have helped. But it's one of the best things you can do. How I did it: I got together with a friend of mine and we hung out the whole entire day. It was so much fun. We were active all day, walking around town and such. I forgot to eat for the whole day. Ha ha. But it was a great experience and it just reminds you of innocent fun. Like, no sexual tension and just child-like bliss. How I did it: I was sitting on the floor watching RERUNS that I've seen soooo many times. It was really boring and I just got irritated with the television.
