So I am on day 11… Most of the things that come with quiting have been getting better and better each day.. I still feel like I am “in the grey”, which I heard goes away after about 2 weeks to a month.. The problem is, I am having SEVERE insomnia.. I have not slept for 24 hours and I know I will be tired at 2pm today (the worst time to fall asleep) I feel like I will never be able to sleep on a reasonable schedule.. I am really considering taking ambien for a short period of time (like 2 weeks), in order to readjust my schedule and get back on track. Has anyone taken ambien to help with their withdrawals? I hate feeling like I am substituting 1 addiction for another, but I feel like I REALLY need to start getting sleep! Any advice or experience with this would be greatly appreciated! thanks!

Watsup everyone, so I am almost 4 days in without smoking any weed. It has been about 5 years since I have done this. I already feel much more clear headed. Today I was so borred, I decided to workout! I noticed this to be a great thing: to be so bored that I am FORCED to do something productive… it has been a long time since I resorted to something besides weed.. I am ready to experience my true emotions and desires. I heard that if you smoke regularly for years, it takes up to a couple months to regain full consciousness. I now feel excited to wake up tomorrow knowing that I will be more clear headed than today… I can not wait to see how I will feel 2 months from now! All support is greatly appreciated!
