I apolosigse for any spelling or anything in this as I’m a litte tiposy but I felt like I should write here now as in general when I fele like cutting I’M drunk. Other people go through worse things than me and, even though cutting is my way of coping, it’ snot the best way. And I don’t want to do it anymore… I’m going on ohliday soon and have to cover my scars€ to hide it and always willl have to. I don’t wan tto have to end up having all my body covered because of scars. I don’t want to cut anymore. End of. I want to remind myself o this everythime I want to cut. How can I always remind myself?

How I did it: I've been thinking about doing yoga for about a year now but it took me ages to get round to actually looking for a place to do it.I used to live in a town called Dorking, and was going to join the yoga class with a friend, but then plans changed, I went to university and moved to Portsmouth. When I got to Portsmouth I had a look online for yoga classes near where I lived and there were a few around but I still never got round to signing … Read how I did it…
How I did it: I taught myself to touch type 5 or so years ago because I thought it looked like a useful thing to be able to do. I practiced a lot because it turned out that I found it quite fun and wanted to get faster at it. After a while I stopped practising, by which time I usually had a speed of at least 100WPM. After this I still typed a lot as I spent a lot of time on MSN, on the internet or writing essays, and still do now. I found a typing spee… Read how I did it…
How I did it: I was shopping in Guildford with two friends one weekend and someone approached us asking if we would be interested in taking a kickboxing self-defence class, and offered a free introductory lesson. My two friends weren't really too keen on the idea but I managed to persuade one of them to come with me. The next week we went to the intro lesson and it was really fun. We then signed up for 6 months worth of lessons. After that I had to qui… Read how I did it…

Normally I read books which are either romance novels or family sagas, but this time I chose to read Velocity by Dean Koontz, which is more of a thriller. I read 1/3 of it in one go and am really enjoying it! When I used to read books which are intended to scare then they would scare me in everyday life too, but this one hasn’t so maybe I’m not as much as a wimp as I used to be :P
There’s a fish and chip shop up the road which sells hot dogs with cheese, they’re really nice with either ketchup or mayo!!
