How I did it: Just stopped faffing around and got on with it, stopped seeing a book as such a huge thing and read voraciously to the point that I can easily read several books a week, and I love it! There are so many books I want to read that I can't be slow about it really. Read how I did it…
How I did it: Just gradually got up earlier every day - I worked out that I now get up on average five hours earlier than I used to, blimey! Much better really, get so much more done, more time to go for breaks and exercise too. Worth it! Read how I did it…
