My current body fat percentage is 19.8%. That was an in-between goal. Now I want to really work to get my body fat to 10%. I am going to do that with a different way of eating along with kettlebells 3X per week and running at least 30 miles per week. My different way of eating is still going to consist of being a vegan 6 days per week and combine that with a 16 hour fast everyday. From the time I stop eating the night before until I eat my first meal of the day which will be around 11 – 12:00 noon depending on when I stop eating. I lost 5lbs over the weekend doing that. I went from 165 to 160 in just 3 days. Let’s hope that this continues!!!
So I did this this weekend. I did it with a new way of eating. A 16 hour fast followed by 8 hours of eating. I also reduced my bodyfat to 19.8. I am posting a new goal now.
