It, along with most of my other excess holes, is years gone. But maybe with a fine enough gauge bbq skewer I could reopen the hole.

Be sure to take the wings and legs off otherwise they will stick to your uvula. Trust me. I myself threw mine on a gas grill. Had a nutty flavour. Crunchy outside and soft insides. Worth doing again? Mayhaps. But only if I use one of the many recipes I have seen online the next time and cook it up right.
