I’d say I’m flossing “often” but perhaps not dutifully two times a week, which is pretty gross I guess. Should be easier to do. Back to work.

How I did it: I'd run this fast back in college and prior, but not since I hurt my knee. Began training on a treadmill and lifting weights to get my knee in shape. A 22 minute 5k is not much faster than 3 7-minute miles, so I did alot of training on a treadmill at that speed. I really never ran too often at greater than 3 and 4 mile distances once I got out on the road. You've got to want it. This isn't a jog, and it's not going to feel wonderful at fi… Read how I did it…
Shoulder surgery has postponed my goals. Six weeks of recovery following next tuesday’s SLAP lesion repair. I miss the water so much!!!!
Two entries will crown my evolving achievement from great dad to super dad… Hot wheels race sets (photos to soon be posted) and pulling off some awesome playdates.
