I’d say I’m flossing “often” but perhaps not dutifully two times a week, which is pretty gross I guess. Should be easier to do. Back to work.

How I did it: I'd run this fast back in college and prior, but not since I hurt my knee. Began training on a treadmill and lifting weights to get my knee in shape. A 22 minute 5k is not much faster than 3 7-minute miles, so I did alot of training on a treadmill at that speed. Shoulder surgery has postponed my goals. Six weeks of recovery following next tuesday’s SLAP lesion repair. I miss the water so much!!!!
Two entries will crown my evolving achievement from great dad to super dad… Hot wheels race sets (photos to soon be posted) and pulling off some awesome playdates.
