I watched Season 1 all the way through in a marathon session (and had not seen any of the episodes before that). I have to say that the plot really doesn’t make any sense when you watch the episodes back-to-back.

Get a regular deck of cards and a friend. Take turns flipping a card, and doing as many pushups as there are pips on the card. Rest while your friend is working.
When you can get through an entire deck this way, start turning over two cards at a time.
If you can’t find a friend to do this with you, you can just rest for as many seconds as are on every other card.
