I weighed myself this morning and got weights ranging from 150-157. But I’m going for 151 as I think that’s fairly accurate. I want to be 145, realistically by march/april.

I’ve decided that cookies also count as they still require baking. I made white and milk chocolate chip cookies last week, and shared with work colleagues and last one gave to family. They were yummy.
I know it is really nothing compared to the total I owe, but last night I made an overpayment of £100! That takes off a month, and reduces total by £233! So I have saved £133! Not bad for a couple of phonecalls. Plus even though they “advise” min payments of £500 it is not completely necessary so I will continue. Also August payment gone. So I now owe 118121
So on Friday night my sister in law asked me to bake some pink cakes for my niece’s dedication service. So I made strawberry flavour cupcakes, with strawberry flavoured pink icing, then glittery pink sprinkles and a butterfly (shop bought) on top. They were yummy :)
I have now made 3 scheduled payments, and am slowly saving for a one-off payment. There’s just so many other things which are costing money at the moment! Every time I make a scheduled payment it takes approx. £85 off what I owe! yay! Only 417 ish payments left!
So I weighed myself today and am 155.8 lbs. This is awesome. 150 is in reach and then only 10lbs left! yay :)
Finally another trip abroad planned!
If I can find my passport that is…
A work trip to N Ireland in September
So 365 has now come out of my account, which was the first payment, with interest from the time it took between getting mortgage and house.
I think I owe at the moment including interest 119595 on a 35 year loan, monthly atm 285 on a 2yr fixed rate. I really want to do this and reading previous ppl who have done it have really inspired me. I think it will help hugely for me to know how much is left etc and see how it is being chipped away. Slowly but surely is the key here I feel. So I will check if my letter shows current balance remaining. And see if I can pay a bit extra off.
