I’m not sure if this will be a serious goal of mine, but it sounds like the meditation part could help me calm myself down…maybe it’d be worth doing. I don’t know where to start, so I’ll go read some of the entries here.

this is easy, all you have to do is, no matter how much you dont want to, toss the covers off and get out of bed. it’s easy for me. maybe tell yourself that you don’t want to leave the house looking bad because you didn’t have enough time to get ready, or something like that?
as soon as i saw this i told the whole computer lab, everyone was amazed. haha, im definately going to keep telling people.
