my first month of college was a little bit crazy, and made me realize that i really needed to work on having self control. i’ve lost a lot of interest in partying, so i have been better about the amount that i drink, and i have a boyfriend now, so i’m not prone to making out with random guys. those were the big ones for me when i first added this to my list. but there are still a lot of things i need to improve, such as my work ethic and health, that will require even more self control.

How I did it: i first looked online for tea shops in berkeley, and found a few that were too far away. i found it was nice to just walk around on telegraph until i ran into one. what i found was an herb shop, but they sell loose teas and recommended a couple more authentic tea shops. now i have several nice options for tea. i’m going to start doing 50 sit ups in the morning and 50 at night. i’m getting my roommates to do some with me, that way i’ll keep up with it. once i get comfortable with 50, i’m going to add more. hopefully it works!
