It doesnt matter when, what counts is the loss of pounds over a period of time. You pick the time of day, keeping in mind that if you weigh yourself at night, and a week later you weigh yourself in the morning don’t fool yourself that you lost five pounds. Good Luck!

There is a specific time of day in which you should weigh yourself. Always in the morning right after you wake up and after using the bathroom – but before you eat or drink anything. Otherwise your weight can vary per day depending on how much is in your bladder or how much you’ve eaten that day or what you’ve eaten or much you’ve excersized, etc, so yes there is a right and wrong time to weigh yourself. Your weight can vary anywhere between 13 and a half lbs depending on what you did that day.

Weigh yourself in the morning and don’t do it every day because it can vary more – try once a week on a certain day. Weighing yourself everyday can be a bit of an emotional rollercoaster and probably not good for the psyche.

I weigh myself everyday or every 2nd day, straight after my shower with just my undies and bra on.
This is before I eat breakfast.

I weigh myself every morning and after meals. In the morning, I do this before my shower(wet hair weighs more than dry hair) and before I eat anything.

Consistency is the key. I weigh myself as hardstar does. Always in the morning, after going to the bathroom, before any food or water and preferably NAKED. That way I have no excuses of wet hair or various clothes.
