I don’t know what 6 stone 10 is…do u know what that is in pounds? If you are really anorexic shouldn’t you be seeing a doctor?
What you need to do is to go to a nutricinist, is the best you can do, there yuu have advice of what to eat, how many times a day, how many escercise to do, what supplements you need to eat, etc…

fried chicken! Pasta! Steak! Veggies! Fruits! 6-8 meals a day! (small-mid sized) im 5’7 and weigh 172.1 lbs, i should actually weigh about 150, but im atheletic and have a muscular build… i eat 6-8 meals a day, and i eat till im about to throw up, but i can handle the extra calories cus i have the muscle to burn it off rapidly when i work out (i use 3080 calories a day, not working out at all just cus of my size) so its the same as you eating 6-8 small meals, if you eat as much as i do, youll only gain fat, so keep the meals comin, (calories, carbs, protiens, enzymes, etc.) but keep em small and constant… when you gain more size you can eat more food, but you have to make a base to work off of first…
