what you need to do is got to realize that it’s now or never. I started out and gave up so many times, it is ridiculous…the thing is, everytime we give up, we sort of sign a contaract to damage our bodies even more…one requires lots of patience, and trust me, you will see results. If you end up cheating, don’t think that it’s the end of the world, you can simply not repear your mistake…the human body can be pushed to many limits, but its the mind that needs to be trained. Mark up a routine and follow it religiously, no matter what.

Hi mykajean—I know this all too well. Don’t be hard on yourself if you cheat. Just recognize why you cheated, accept it and get back into dieting/exercise! In the past the following has helped me: keeping a food journal, planning/setting aside time for exercise that I enjoy, training for a fun race with friends, also: planning your meals ahead of time…including snacks (keep healthy snacks with you in a purse for cravings)

What I do is buy a really cute outfit in the size you want to be or buy an itsy bitsy bikini and hang it up in your room or even better the kitchen. So every day that you see it you’ll really want to wear it and look great in it.
