i think you’re tackling two completely different things here….kissing in the rain is amazing generally. but its so so so nice when its someone you’ve had a major crush on. but you should also definitely kiss a complete stranger! its one of the most liberating feelings! tip: ask them if its ok first…just don’t say anything else! try it…

I guess you could… I mean, tis all about spontaneity, right? So finding a random hottie and grabbing them would be pretty spontaneous :P But if it was someone you loved, then it would be more romantic, maybe? Unless, you grabbed the hottie, kissed the hell outta them, and then you both fell in love. I like the last idea the most :)
