Click on the goal link on your list. Then click the link that says “invite others to do this goal” link. After that enter their username or e-mail address into the box. Make sure you click the box that says “invite to team” (or whatever it says) and preview the invitation. Once everything looks right click send invitations.

Note on usernames, mine is AZOptimist instead of what is displayed underneath my avatar.
