Answers:
How can we stop this if we dont know how? I think that maybe if i can get over my anxiety and improve my feelings about myself i can get over this. Binge eating it seems is not just a matter of just stopping and controlling yourself. Binge eating helps me in a sense. I eat when i’m anxious and then it distracts me from my real probelem. Its almost like i would rather feel guilty about how much i’ve eaten than think about how i have failed in my personal life.
