I have used Hydroxycut. It had a good effect, HOWEVER, make sure you stick scrupulously to the instructions on the label, and take a break when you are supposed too. I forgot to, and ended up using it for too many weeks in a row, flirted with dangerous dehydration and started acting like a low-grade speed-freak hungry for my next hit.
Seriously, they can work, use them carefully and wisely.

Well, I unfortunately let the weight creep back on and the soloslim does loose it’s effectiveness after about a month…I’m looking for something now that I can alternate it with, you know? How have you been??
Oh, definitely understand. I’ve been good! I remember I started loosing weight last Feb/March of ‘08 and am still going, to get to my goal weight. :) To date, I’ve lost 27 lbs and just have 9 more to go! But it’s been stubborn and definitely a slow process…lately I’ve just been eating intuitively and doing the Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred. I have never used those diet supplements and having trained with weights, aerobics, Pilates’, yoga, cycling, rock and guym climbing I would say that if you want to lose weight, without getting it back there’s a simple formula.
It’s this, the more calories you burn than you take in you will lose weight, the more calories you take in and don’t burn them off, you will gain wieght.
Find an activity you love to do that will burn calories and bring your heart rate up, like cycling, jogging, walking, aerobics, swimming and exercise and burn off more calories than you consume then you will lose wieght.

Strength training has always allowed me to eat what I want, and the healthier I ate the stronger and more developed I became and my confidence improved.
I am not saying it will work for everyone or you but if you beleive you can lose weight by taking a few simple pills and nothing else, it will much harder to lose weight than with exercise alone.

I have been using hydroxycut max for women, its the newest “and improved” formula. I’ve been using it with two lean shakes a day. I started out with a colon cleanse which boosted my weight loss.
Taking hydroxycut is definitely a motivator for me, because when I take it, I think its just a little boost to getting more fit. I take less than the recommended dose, because I can’t sleep at night, but other than that, I’ve lost ten pounds already, and plan on continuing. It definitely helps control your hunger too, which is nice when you feel really hungry. But make sure you drink lots of water.
As for the other one, I’ve never tried it.

I used Xenadrine. My only advise is to make sure that you take LESS than what the label recommends. I took about one a day or so. I used to get a more intense workout. I have to say, when i was on this thing I ran like the road runner. It was a bit abnormal how fast and hard I was running. When I look back on it, I would say my stamina seemed a bit abnormal, not to mention the fact that I didn’t feel any pain until a day or so after my runs, not during.
I was in the best shape ever! As I stated, make sure you take less than the recommended dose and JUST DON’T OVER DO IT. Have a great workout!

hydroxycut got pulled off the market last month for f*ckin killing ppl. my guess would be go with xenadrine. lol
I’ve used hydroxycut. It did help me drop a few more pounds, but gave me the side effects of HORRIBLE acid reflux, crazy vivid dreams, insomnia, and dehydration. I drank tons of water, took many antacids a day, and got hooked on sleeping pills which REALLY screwed up my sleeping habits. In the end I decided it wasn’t worth it. How bad do you want it? You could just eat healthier and work out. That’s what I chose in the end. It works the best. There is no easy way.
