Unfortunately, losing fat is not something you can do on just one specific part of your body..
YET there is an answer!
my lower abdominal area used to have a little more fat in it than other areas too, and i’ve been told that’s the way i look, and that there’s nothing i can do about it.
Of course i wouldn’t just take that answer and live with that, so i started working on my lower abs more while working harder on my cardio..
What i did was more ab workouts in general, not only lower ab workouts, and a lot more lower ab workouts.

The best fat burning workout is really jumping, jumping rope and dancing. That’s what i did to get fit and it worked amazingly well.
I’d recommend that you’d suck in your gut (even just a little) while doing all your cardio.. even while walking on the street in a non-exercise way..
PinkBlondie is right. There is no way to remove fat from one area of your body. This is just the way your body stores fat. For me it is face and belly. That said, you aren’t stuck with this situation.
The key is to increase your activity and decrease the amount of food energy you are consuming. The easiest way to do the latter is to reduce your refined carbohydrate and junk food intake.
The easiest way to do the former is find some physical activities that you enjoy and do them.
Working your abs is a great thing in any case, because the core muscles of the body are responsible for so much. They help with posture, back issues, and help with any physical activity you do.
I swear by doing 3 of the following 10 ab exercises every day. 1 of those exercises should be the plank.
I also love PinkBlondie’s recommendation on sucking in your gut as much as you can. It is exercise and it helps with posture.
The best and fastest way to lose fat is intermittent fasting. That means taking a break from eating for say 24 hours. It will not hurt your metabolism and won’t cause your body to go into starvation mode. Just give it a try and there’s scientific evidence to back this up.( Eatstopeat.com)

Bottomline, you can’t out exercise a bad diet. It’s easier to not eat a bagel than to burn off 500 calories at the gym. If you burned 500 calories, you’d be hungry and then you create a deficit of 0. Which is the opposite of what you’re trying to do here.
No cardio + weight training (not just for guys) + lowered calories until you reach your desired weight and then bring caloires back up slowly and keep track of your waist measurement and you will know when you find your caloric intake. The end.
You cannot burn fat from just one area. However, lots of good quality abdominal exercise MAY firm up the muscles in the abdomen and give what fat is there a firmer foundation to rest on. This MAY make the fat “appear” to be flatter since it MAY sag less. Also the extra exercise certainly might remove some fat as a whole, some of it will likely to be at the lower abdomen.
If you have lost lots of weight, like I have, the skin just might be loose and hanging a bit. Exercise might also tighten the skin there and improve the appearance.
So, lots of good quality abdominal exercises, as part of a good fitness program, is the way to go.

Like the others have said, you cannot make your body lose fat in a specific area. You can work on toning that area though with exercises that affect the muscles in that target area.
A good exercise for you would be reverse crunches. Lie on your back and roll your knees upward so they are over your chest. Make sure you are tightening your abdominals while doing this. Now lower your legs keeping your knees bent until just your toes touch the floor and then roll your legs back to the starting position.
Make sure you are monitoring the calories you eat on a regular basis, and getting plenty of good cardiovascular exercise in general in order to burn fat throughout your whole body.

so Here are some tips that I hope that will help you lose some weight:
1- Do not follow the latest fashion diet if you can`nt stay on it for the rest of your life
2- Eat some fruit at least twice a day
3- Write down in a notebook your hunger meter every time you eat a snack and be careful if it’s too high , I mean if you’re so hungry then next time you have to change the snack
4- Exercise 3-4 time a week for an about 30 minute and write that down in your note book
5- Increase your exercise step by step so that will help your body to have the ability to burn more calories
6- Don’t weight yourself twice a week
7- Eat slower and chew good so your meal could stay for 20 minute
8- Use small plates
9- Stop eating when you watch the television
10- Buy a recepie book that contain healthier and less calories meal and how about trying 2 of them in one month
11- Don’t miss breakfast
12- Don’t read when you eat
13- Allow yourself to eat I bar of candy once a week
14- Store some healthy snack in your house & your working place
15- Decrees your uses of cheese or replace it with a low fat meat or cheese
16- Replace salt with other spices and herbs
17- Don’t shop for food when your hungry
18- Eat 3 type of vegtabls per day
19- Always eat while sitting
20- Ask your friends and family to respect your Efforts to lose weight
21- Go for a walk when you’re hungry or nervous
22- Always ask for the spices and sauce to be aside and put it with a fork
23- Drink 8 cups of water per day ( 1 cup = 220 ml)
24- Decrees the size of the meat and Carbohydrates and increase the vegetables
25- When you go to a restaurant ask them about how do they cook there food
26- Instead of an ice cream have a frozen yogurt or a cold drink but be careful of the amount
27- Try to chose the soups that contain tomatoes or vegetables instead of the cream some other white soup
28- Throw all the food that has no valuable such as chips , cream biscuits …
29- If you get of road try to be harsh in the next 3 days
30- When you watch TV try to do some physicals moves in the commercial time
31- When your friend offer you another smoothie try to say no politely
32- Chose the pizza that contains vegetables instead of the pepperoni and others that contain meat and ask them to put lees cheese on it
33- Try to chose healthier cooking techniques such as grilling or Steam Cooking instead of fried food
34- Always drink some green tea without sugar its so good for your body
35- Replace the white sugar ,macaroni , rice , bread , etc with a brown sugar ,macaroni , rice , bread , etc

The thing is that every diet and every sport activities are in our heads… You need to find the things which affect personally you most of all. Make the realistic photoes of your body without clothes in front and profile, don’t show anyone, but look at the shots before eating. Count and write down everything you eat. Make some rituals, f.ex. some easy sport before the dinner. And be ready that you won’t be successful every time you try. The mane thing is – to try again and again. Write down your dreams, how things around will change when you will finally lose your weight.
And of course I agree with the practical advice above.
