No, I haven’t tried a specific paleo diet, but I’ve had great success by cutting down drastically on grains.
Hi, there Jasmine, I have heard of the paleo diet and it has some merit. Tough to eat only fresh, raw foods and organic meat in this world of fast food. May I suggest cutting out the white stuff: white flour in any form (cookies, pasta, bread, crackers), dairy including ice cream, cheese, buttery things; fat including all fried foods, bacon, balony, prepared meat things; and sugar including all sugary things, sugary drinks, syrups, candy. Do this for a month and eat all you want of vegetables, lean meat and chicken and fish, grilled, not fried, and you will be amazed at what happens to your body. Fill your plate with green stuff. I did this and I also have used and continue to use every day a protein shake for breakfast which helps me keep the fat off and keep the lean muscle on. It’s call Cinch.
