the best thing to do is get acrylic nails they are too thick to get under the skin. The next best thing to do is use neosporin at night and cover it with a band aid, sometimes it will heal over night! be constant with the neosporin, finally I use a spot bleach for the scar it leaves I get mine from ALPHA HYDROX, but they sell it everywhere now. The very best thing you can do is pray!!! Also, caffeine doesn’t help, neither do drugs….I’m saying that from experience.

I do the neosporin and band aid at night. But the band aid leaves a circle on my face that is harder to cover than the spots themselves. I have alpha hydrox acid lotion will that work for the scars? When you say no caffeine is that because it delays the healing or that it is a trigger for picking. My doctor prescribed prozac but i stop taking it as it didnt seem to help. I know i am rambling but this is so frustrating. Thanks for the advice. I just want to beat this!
