Listen to music and read the lyrics,read articles in sites like wikipedia, watch TV Shows and movies spoken in english and after a while you may be able to watch them with english subtitles too. Read a easy book in english(I’m now reading The Catcher in the Rye, my first book in english, and I’m having no trouble to understand it).To improve your speaking you should try talking with yourself and/or reading lyrics, short stories, articles and everything you find in english out loud. Anyway just being in the 43 Things may help you a lot.
