Well there are a few things you could do..
You could always try making things and then selling them at craft shows. I remember when I was about 13, I made hemp necklaces to sell, for about 6 dollars each and I made quite a bit!
And now with it being Spring, you could see if any of your neighbors need help with weeding their gardens, or mowing the lawn. That would certainly be an easy way to make some money.
Besides those two things, the only other way I can think to scrounge up some cash would be to take up clothes or books to a buy in store.
