So today I weighed 127.8, which was surprising because I snacked on some chips right before bed and had a late dinner. But I still made my goal weight! Now I can move on to my next goal for the summer. I’d like to be under 125 for July through September/October. Hence my new goal! Let’s do it! 20 hours ago

128.1! Good! I haven’t check in a few days because i did that whole “order a full pizza and eat the whole thing in one sitting” thing again. Not a great idea. I need to stop that nasty habit. But good thign I’m back to 128. Good set point, now I’ve got to go food shopping soon so I have good produce on hand. 4 days ago

128.1 this morning. It’s funny, after seeing 125 on teh scale yesterday i can’t help but have a gut reaction of being a bit disappointed, but after thinking about it, it’s a good number. Today I hate a sausage egg and cheese from Ashburn Bagel. It was sooooooo good. Dare I say, maybe even better than Fancy Bagel! 6 days ago

Let the record show that I was 125.8 when i weighed myself this morning sometime around am. Yes, this was before i fell asleep that night, because i only got 1.5 hours of sleep…but still i like that number. today, my quality of foo wasn’t tat great, but i think ,y calories were low enough to stay in a good range. I’ll see in a couple of hours. I better fall asleep! I have no idea why didn’ last night! /i should have!!!!!! 1 week ago

Yesterday I didn’t eat a large dinner. For lunch I had one slice of pizza and lots of fruits and vegetables in between. This is working out. I feel my stomach “shrinking”. If I keep this up a few more week I feel confident in hitting my target goal. 1 week ago

128.1 today. So I guess this is the first day where I hit my target number. That’s great! I know its because i ate healthy and didn’t eat towards the end of the day yesterday. Today I’ll have a slice of pizza for lunch, but I’m also going to the gym during my lunch break, along with later on this evening for my pilaties class. Man I can use a pilates class. I’ve been so stressed and pissed and rageful lately I can feel the cortisol eroding my body. I totally get how people can have heart attacks from feeling so angry. But yes, this is a good number, I’ve got to keep eating healthy and working out and I’ll be back in the groove in no time. 1 week ago

The Game, by Neil Strauss.

I loved this book. Loved it loved it loved it! It was written really well. Great plot, great character development, plus it was fun to read about all the sex Style had! This was probably the best books I’ve read all year! i would seriously recommend this book to people! 1 week ago

Yay, I’m under the 130 mark. If I can keep eating healthy and maintain this for about a week, maybe I’ll actually make my goal. Plus I picked up a few more aerobics classes next week so that’ll force me to get to the gym! I was wearing a cute skirt yesterday too as I walked into the gym so I could feel heads turning. Also, a cute guy at the gym, T, started a flirty conversation after my class. Hopefully he comes to my class next week! 2 weeks ago

I went out with R Tuesday night. I think I like him. I’m kind of on the fence though. I’m pretty sure he likes me and is into me. I would want to see him again. It seems we have similar tastes in music and actually got into pretty deep conversations. Plus he really likes to read too. I’m intrigued by him, I’ll see him again (contingent on if he asks me out again, of course) to see where this can go. 2 weeks ago

Yesterday was 130 and today was 131

Not bad numbers. Good for the place where I’m at right now. I’ll be able to eat at home more often. Last night I went to Wegmans and stocked up on produce. Besides getting a free Panera lunch (which I think I will do tomorrow) I don’t have as many “eating out “obligations that i did in the past. I saw a pic of K on FB and how much she slimmed down and how great she looks, and I want to look that great too. My goal is for the summer to be back to the 124 set point that I was at last summer. Gotta make good choices! 2 weeks ago

Good number for today. It’s probably because I drank my calories last night instead of eating a large dinner. I hope I keep slimming down, but I don’t expect this to be my new set point. 2 weeks ago

My money situation is not bad. I try to save 200 per paycheck, so if I continue with that, I’ll hit my goal in time. I also have some wiggle room to pay more extra towards my student loans, which I think I will do. I’m feeling good about this goal. I’m feeling very solid with my finances. 2 weeks ago

133 this morning. Now that smits is gone, I’m making a commitment to eat cleaner and workout more. Getting to the gym might be a struggle, I’m going to really try to force myself to go today. I’ll prepare to go tomorrow during lunch as well (since I have a date in the evening). Not bad, if I get into a good routine, I can get to a good place by my goal date. I’ve got to realize that I can’t eat like IO used to, especially now sine I have a sedentary job. 2 weeks ago

133 this morning. it will probably be higher tomorrow. I have a friend staying over, so eating healthy is a lot harder when you do. we’ve had to eat out every day, will probably get wings later. I guess I’ll start eating healthier next week, even though i have several occasions where I’ll have to eat ou next week. I’m just going to take it one day at a time. I’ll really start once smits leaves. 2 weeks ago
