Forgot to weigh myself before breakfast this morning, so will try and remember for tomorrow. But I’ve lost an inch off my waist! Thighs have gone up an inch, but still look slimmer as I’ve gained muscle. 20 months ago

Haven’t posted in a couple days, but have been working out. A lot of walking, and I think I’ve found a cardio workout I’m comfortable with doing a couple times a week.

I don’t think I’ve lost any weight yet, but I feel as if I’m slimming down a bit. Took my measurements this week. Will take them again every two weeks to see if I’m getting any results. 21 months ago

Downloaded a couple workout apps. Felt like I should pull back a bit, as I was getting tired, but more than likely I should keep doing the same stuff until it begins to become less of a challenge. 21 months ago

Already losing motivation. On good days, I think the fact that I feel awful all the time should be motivation enough. On bad days, I just don’t care about it at all. I have to keep working out. I have to push myself harder. 21 months ago

I definitely suck at yoga. Not happy with my body at all, so I know I have to do this. I can’t keep gaining weight. Will try different videos. The series I found is okay, but I’m not sure it fits me. 21 months ago

Found a beginners yoga video collection on YouTube. I may seek out other videos until I find what works best for me, but I’m glad I took this first step. Except for the fact that 15 minutes of yoga practically killed me, I’m happy about starting this. Just can’t wait to get my strength back. I didn’t know I was this out of shape.
