So we have a great trip booked to Maui! I think that it is going to be an amazing experience! We got a really nice condo and rented a car. It is going to be about a 4 day trip! So interisland travel here we come! I heard that you can not dance in any of the bars in Maui! God dam mormins! What the hell is this! My girlfriend’s mom got me this book! I knew that my little sister read it and liked it. But my little sister is 12. So I knew that it was going to be a really easy read. While the book is very simple, it is extremely entertaining. Really never a dull moment. It is one of those books that is perfect for a movie, hence the movie. Overall I give this book about a 8-10. For its overall thoughtfulness about 5 but entertainment value is there 10 fold. If you are interested in a quick read and some fun, this is the book for you! 13 months ago

I went through a 4 hour disaster relief class! We learned how to manage a shelter and provide care for disaster victims. I am now a certified red cross volunteer! Hopefully I will not have to put my skills to the test and hawaii will be safe! But I know that I can make difference! Cheers! 14 months ago

I have been working on setting goals that can be quantifiable! I am debating if this is even a realistic goal. At this point, I can say that I have made my family proud. I graduated from college, got a good job, and live like a responsible adult. I try my best to care about others and empathize for people that are less fortunate. My parents don’t really want money or any other material things so at this point, giving back to them is very difficult. They have told me that my success/wellbeing is how I can give back to them. In the long run, I know that they are going to get old and that I will never put them in a nursing home or treat them as worthless. What I hope is that I am able to become significantly wealthier and enable my mom and dad to retire early! Until then, I am just going to continue to use the tools that they have given me and strive for success. As a motivator, I am going to keep this goal listed! 14 months ago

I TRIED TO CANCEL MY CHECKING ACCOUNT AND THEY SAID THAT I HAVE TO KEEP IT OPEn FOR SIX MONTHS! WTF! SO THAT MEENS YOU JUST WANT TO CHARGE ME MORE FEES! Ally bank has been good to me so far. The cash transfers into Ally Bank take 2-3 days. That takes a while, but it is not a problem. So far there are no fees and their customer service is very strong! They have really good rates! I might just keep my BoH account and just not use it, unless they charge me a non use fee. Which I am guessing they will! Ally Bank is good right now! 14 months ago

So I cancelled my savings account with Bank of Hawaii. Now I need to actually cancel my checking account. I got signed up with Ally bank. They are a really good bank so far. I called them and the costomer service is 24hours and they are extremely friendly. They have really good rates for checking and savings accounts! I really like them so far. This goal will be complete once I cancel that dam Bank of Hawaii bull shit! 15 months ago

I wanted to do it early so that I did not have to deal with it last minute! I had an offer through mint.com for turbo tax and so I took it! It was a little time consuming because I lived in two states and had to file a Hawaii tax return. I had to pay out some fed tax but then got a bunch back from Hawaii. So overall I got about $300 coming back to me! So got those taxes done folks! Then you wont have them hanging over your head! 15 months ago

I actually won some tickets from work! I had really good seats! I started drinking at like 10 am and did not even realize I was at the game! I probably would have had a better time if I knew where I was! Lol, it was pretty fun! I wish I was a little less drunk, but overall it was a pretty cool experience! I would probably do it again! I really really want to go to a basketball all star game! That is my dream! 15 months ago
