Had a lovely time with my Mum and Dad who are visiting from Yorkshire. They told me every plant name despite them all being labelled! They collected lots of seeds – beyond embarrassing! Fabulous memory made, I felt like their little girl again. 21 months ago

Walked up the Garw valley. Got lost on the forest path and probably did a few more miles than necessary. Lots of up hill walking. Have very achy hips this morning. 21 months ago
