Moved in to a new apartment with TV (which I haven’t had in 3 years). I’m now watching it all the time and need to really limit it. It’ll be hard, but I’ll get more accomplished if I really cut down. 10 months ago

I know how to cycle, but cycling in the city is so scary to me, and after a knock a while back, I’ve been hesitant to get back on. I’m starting a new job soon that’s too far away to walk to, so I really need to master this skill. Terrified. 10 months ago
