Mine is a page I made by mistake when I first joined Facebook. It is a glowstick fan page (I don’t even like glowstick’s) I have only kept it because it has lots of fans and I make a tiny bit of money from it.
(I’m not asking anyone to like mine as it has 5.3 million people who like to troll and can be quite abusive to each other!)
I liked your page :) 5 months ago
I have made two bottles. Werthers Original flavour and butter mint flavour. I used really cheap vodka and I didn’t have quite enough sweets so they were very strong and a little chemically. I am going to get some nice vodka and try again next time I go shopping.
yum!
1 ltr bottle of Vodka – remove about 1/4.
Fill with chosen sweets (boiled sweets are best, if you use skittles or chews you will need to skim off ‘scum’ afterwards)
Give larger sweets a good bashing
If using chocolate use about a 500g bar
Put lid back on and twist some cling film around it (just in case)
Put bottle in the top of the dishwasher and run a 70 degree daily cycle.
Take out and let it cool naturally
Bingo!!
(If you then put it in the freezer it wont go solid but will go very thick like a liquer)
5 months agoAt the end of todays lesson I wanted to quit. I hate not being able to do something.
I kept bringing the clutch up to fast when doing hill starts (even though two lessons ago I was doing them perfectly well)
The clutch is my main issue and when I get it wrong once I get annoyed with myself then get progressively worse throughout the hour.
Next week I am going to wear my old battered docs and try and ignore any mistakes I make.
It is so frustrating! 5 months ago
Really? I can’t imagine walking round with garlic hair!
Never used it and I am not a vampire :D
I use Lee Stafford – Big Fat Healthy Hair hair products that I’m sure are filled with silicone and sulphates and all the bad things in the world but …
They smell like Thierry Mugler Angel which makes me happy every time I wash my hair :D

Do you live in a house or a building?
A detached 4 bed house.
Anything unique about your dwelling?
It is on a really steep hill?
Most cherished possession, you consumerist human?
I had a huge bag of little things (presents, holiday things, diaries) that I loved but I have been throwing it all out. All my possessions that I am not using or clothes are in one cardboard box right now. So that one box is cherished.
Ideal home (fantastically speaking)?
An old house on one level with lots of (flat) land 5 months ago
I would visit family, go out with friends, go on holiday for a week (paid for on credit card o course!) and I would celebrate my birthday a day early.
I don’t believe the world is going to end but I am still celebrating my bday on the 21st this year. We will drink like we wont be alive to feel the hangover :D 5 months ago

Thank you for the advice.I have tried chest hooping a few times. I can get it up there from my waist most of the time, it just doesn’t stay up for very long yet :) 5 months ago
I had a quick go last night and it flew off my shoulder into a jug of water!
I am going to leave shoulder hooping for now (while I have a hundred other things to work on!) When I try again I will keep that in mind though, thanks :) 5 months ago
I had my 6th lesson today, it has been a week and a half since my lesson due to my instructor being on holiday so today I felt more nervous than usual as I was sure that I had forgotten everything :)
The only hairy moment was when I was about to make a right turn and there were cars behind me and the car started rolling backwards. Fun!
Apparently we are doing hill starts on Thursday though so I will hopefully know what to do next time :) 5 months ago
I am trying to alternate directions with songs at the start . It is staying up for longer I just don’t feel i have much control at the moment and also feel as if I am moving more to compensate (if that makes sense?) It is getting slightly better though :)
I haven’t tried shoulder hooping yet, I have seen a few videos though. One day!
Thanks for the advice. 5 months ago

I got my first hoop about two weeks ago and I seem to have become a little addicted.
I am having difficulty hooping in the opposite direction though which is frustrating. Does everyone find this harder and does anyone have any tips?
Thank you5 months ago

Really young – Lots of the Janet and Allen Ahlberg books, the train that could, we’re going on a bear hunt and random fairy tales.
My favourite book was The monster bed. I used to get my mum to read it to me every night :)
Oh never go down to the Withering Wood,
The goblins and ghoulies are up to no good,
The gnomes are all nasty, the trolls are all hairy,
And even the pixies and fairies are scary.
Oh never go down there unless you are brave,
In case you encounter the Cobbledy Cave,
For inside the cave which is gloomy and glum,
Lives Denis the monster and Denis’s mum.
Now Denis the monster was mostly polite,
He tried very hard not to bellow or bite,
Except I’m afraid when the time came for bed,
“I’m frightened, I’m frightened” the wee monster said!
“But why” said his mummy, “there’s nothing to fear”,
“I’ve given you teddy, the light switch is here”,
“The humans will get me” cried Denis, “they’ll creep
Under my monster bed when I’m asleep”
“Oh no”, said his mummy, “I cannot agree,
There are no human beings, what fiddle-dee-dee,
They are only in stories, they do not exist,
Now get into bed and be quiet and kissed” .....
Then I loved the reading Malory Towers and St. Claires books. The Hardy Boys, The Secret Series, The Secret Seven and Famous Five. I loved most Enid Blyton books that I read. 5 months ago
